Level 3 of BIM maturity

Level 3 of BIM maturity is a set of documents containing requirements for the process of implementing BIM technology and the result of this process:the model and information generated as a result of the application of BIM technology.

Level 3 of BIM maturity basic elements:

  1. Working in 3D modeling mode
  2. Central repository for all design and technical information
  3. Free access to a single 3D model of the object
  4. Minimal risk of conflict situations
  5. Rules for creating a model for each section of the project
  6. Regulations for creating libraries of BIM components
